Table reservations
Secure your spot at Sports Fest by reserving a table for the event.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any table booked incorrectly will be refunded and you will need to complete the process again booking under the correct category.
If you need to cancel tables they will be transferred to the next show as long as two weeks’ notice is given. It is not possible to refund tables. We can transfer your table one time only.
Table bookings are not transferable to other vendors. Reselling or reassigning your table to another party is strictly prohibited and The London Card Show will not be responsible for any unauthorised transfers.

Unsure What Category To Pick?
Purchasing tables are split into 3 distinct categories: Sports, TCG, and Other. We kindly , request that you select the category that best describes your offerings. If you deal in both Sports and TCG, simply choose the category that aligns with your primary stock. The Other Category is exclusively for businesses within the hobby that provide specialised services.
Display Cases
We have two different types of Display Cases available to rent
Black Opulence Display Cases (£30 +VAT PER DAY)
Silver Bi-Office Display Cases (£20 +VAT PER DAY)
These cannot be added after table purchases but there are a limited amount available on the day to hire.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please Collect/Rent from Front Desk
A £20 deposit per display case will be taken upon collection
These need to be returned at the end of each day, even if you have hired for the weekend
