On The Day Setup
When arriving at Sandown Racecourse please go around to the rear car park to park (Trackside). Please note, this can get full so we recommend getting there early.
Parking is free.
Once you have parked, please join one of the queues to receive your vendor passes.
Ahead of the show, a floorplan will be released on Instagram so keep your eyes peeled so you have an idea where you will be within the zone selected.
If you have booked a vendor table located in the TCG Exclusive Floor (Esher Hall – Lower Floor), please use the dedicated vendor entrance which will have a large banner above it.
This is the first entrance on the left.

Main Show Vendor check in is from 12:30 on Friday and 7:30 for Saturday & Sunday.
TCG Fest & SPORTS Fest check in is from 7:30
Vendor Faq’s

Yes you can! Otherwise all tables will have black tablecloths on.
If you wish you have a stand/backdrop up behind your table, it must be no bigger than 8ft in width and must not be in the way of any other vendor. If it is, it will need to be taken down. We also ask that you check with people in your clump (if you are in one) and next to you to ensure they are okay with it. If your banner is over 8ft, a member of staff will ask you to take it down.
2 passes for 1 table then an additional 1 for every other table added.
So,
2 tables = 3 passes
3 tables = 4 passes
Vendors can purchase 1 additional pass only (Fri = £10, Sat & Sun = £30, Fri- Sun= £40)
If you lose your vendor pass there is a £10 price to replace it.
We are a family friendly show & encourage all mini traders to attend! You can use your vendor pass allowance for your children or if you need extra for kids, you can purchase them for £5 on the door when you check in.

You must leave the premises 30 minutes after closing. There will be reminders throughout the last 30 mins of the show.
No you cannot, everything must be packed up at the end of the day unless a prior agreement has been made.

Black Opulence Display Cases
(£30 + VAT & Stripe Charges)
Silver Display Cases
(£20 + VAT & Stripe Charges)
These cannot be added after table purchases but there are a limited amount available on the day to hire.

A £20 deposit per display case will be taken upon collection
These need to be returned at the end of each day, even if you have hired for the weekend
