On The Day Setup
When arriving to Sandown, please go around the back to park. Please note, this can get full so we recommend getting there early.
Once you have parked up, please join one of the queues to receive your vendor passes. Parking is free.
Ahead of the show, a floorplan will be released on Instagram so keep your eyes peeled so you have an idea where you will be within the zone selected.
If you have booked a vendor table located in the TCG Exclusive Floor, please use that dedicated vendor entrance, it will have a large banner above it on and is the first entrance on the left.
Vendor check in is from 7:30am

Yes you can! Otherwise all tables will have black tablecloths on.
If you wish you have a stand/backdrop up behind your table, it must be no bigger than 8ft in width and must not be in the way of any other vendor. If it is, it will need to be taken down. We also ask that you check with people in your clump (if you are in one) and next to you to ensure they are okay with it. If your banner is over 8ft, a member of staff will ask you to take it down.
2 passes for 1 table then an additional 1 for every other table added. So, if you had 2 tables if would be 3 passes, if you have 3 tables it would be 4 passes. If you require anymore there will be a £15 cost per person.
We are a family friendly show & encourage all mini traders to attend! You can use your vendor pass allowance for your children or if you need extra for kids, you can purchase them for £5 on the door when you check in.
4pm & you must be out by 4:30pm. There will be reminders throughout the last 30 mins of the show.
No you cannot, everything must be packed up at the end of the day unless a prior agreement has been made.
